|Description:||We are seeking a Southeastern Regional Healthcare Business Development Professional to win new construction opportunities in the Healthcare Industry. This individual must already have relationships in the Atlanta/Tampa Southeastern healthcare building Industry market sector. The immediate focus will be to assist in developing and taking the lead on implementation of a strategic business marketing plan that allows us to re-establish a strong presence within the Southeastern Healthcare Building Industry. Focus will be to build a strong client base for new construction projects. This individual will work closely with our Southeast Area Director of Healthcare with major support from other key Leaders in our Southeast Regions. |
|Duties:||This Business Development Leaderís major focus will be to develop market strategy, connectivity, and community presence within the Southeastern United States healthcare market sector and to conduct business in a manner that aligns with Beckís positive community focused image.|
Candidate will partner with Southeastern Director of Healthcare to grow a profitable business within the Southeastern Unites States healthcare construction market sector.
Will find and develop targeted healthcare owners and leads in the Southeast Region: specifically Atlanta and Tampa areas.
Will perform and manage research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential customers and eliminate those that do not align with our marketing plan.
Co-lead the development and maintenance of a healthcare marketing plan for the southeast.
Prepare and execute business development action plan for specific target markets.
Research new market segments and services to enhance construction market growth.
Provide strategic oversight and input on development presentations.
Join with operations and estimating in making presentations and writing technical proposals.
Provide input during the negotiation process and in developing a close relationship and rapport with owners.
Provide advice, consulting, liaison, and planning to prospective and current clients.
Assist management and estimating with sales process and final close.
Develop strategies to differentiate the organization from competitors.
Develop and implement steps to benchmark performance with competitors.
Participate in professional organizations and promote activity and participation.
Must have 15+ years of extensive knowledge and experience within the Atlanta/Tampa Southeastern United States area Healthcare Construction Industry.
Must have known market exposure, owner and influencer relationships within the Southeastern healthcare construction marketplace.
Possess desire and excitement to be a part of the team and achieve market growth goals.
Ability to lead a diverse group of professionals towards a common goal of developing relationships and winning healthcare building projects.
Must have demonstrated capabilities in strategic planning, marketing plan development, business development, and implementation of marketing/sales plans.
Understanding of strategic selling and client management/maintenance.
Must have a track record of analyzing market and economic trends.
Experience leading pursuit efforts to including managing the pursuit team, development of qualifications, proposals, interview strategy and client presentations.
Strong public speaking ability.
Entrepreneurial spirit, thought leadership and proven experience.
Versatility in strong business acumen and the ability to assist in developing strategic planning activities.
